No preservatives or additives. The best ingredients avaliable, hand crafted with care, baked on stone daily

Bread Care

Sourdough made with traditional methods will keep for 3-7 days in your kitchen (it will often be eaten long before then!). Older bread can be refreshed in the oven or toast to bring it back to life.
